We do not act as a seller or a buyer. Instead, we play a vital facilitation role — ensuring the right documentation, clear communication, and deal protection for all parties involved.

Buyer Facilitation
We source and qualify fuel buyers, assist in presenting professional documentation (ICPO, LOA, etc.), and align them with verified seller mandates or refinery partners.
seller & Mandate Engagement
We communicate with verified mandates and refinery reps on behalf of buyers to request soft offers, procedures, and transaction terms.
Document Coordination
We help coordinate the exchange of required documents: LOI, ICPO, NCNDA, IMFPA, Proof of Product, and Proof of Funds.
Deal Structuring Support
We help both parties understand and agree on standard trade procedures, timelines, and legal protections.

WORKING WITH BUYERS
We take buyer qualification seriously to ensure real deals reach completion. If you're a buyer or authorized mandate, we request the following to begin engagement:
LOA (Letter of Authorization) – to confirm our representation
ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) – with product specs, delivery terms, and target port
Company Profile – showing basic company details and legal standing
POF (Proof of Funds) or BCL – when requested by sellers
